Pemco operates a certified and auditable Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. The QMS is frequently audited internally by our qualified staff and independently certified by DNV. All technical and commercial operations of the company are subject to the provisions of this ongoing quality system.

Individual customer requirements vary widely, driven by internal demands and standards, product application, and in some cases by the origin of the product. We understand the need to have fully qualified inspectors available who are familiar with both the product requirement and the production facility both from a technical and a geographical point of view.

All new production is undertaken with monitoring and verification by internationally recognized third party inspection companies to ensure the manufacture of a quality product. The standard scope of inspection for each individual product and location can be provided upon request however the scope is open to revision at the request of our customers.

We offer a full scope of inspection for materials supplied on an ex stock basis, ranging from a basic visual inspection and drift, to full UT and EMI NDT. As with the mill inspection, the scope can be agreed prior to any purchase. Through this process of acceptance of goods prior to shipment, both parties are assured that their requirements are fully satisfied.
